10 weeks postnatal and finally getting back to some sort of fitness routine. I could feel that my strength had significantly reduced and my cardio endurance is shocking right now but baby steps is the way forward. I have been walking lots and doing pelvic floor work (I got checked out and cleared for exercise by a women's health physio - ask for a Mummy MOT) but I haven't been "working out" since I gave birth, this was my choice - my baby needed me more than I needed the gym! ⠀

For me, it is not about getting my body back, it never went anywhere, it's about being fit and healthy for me and my family. ⠀
