Do you dream of running a 5K race? Feel that you want to achieve the impossible?
I'm offering you the chance to have personal, 1-to-1 assistance in achieving your running goals, whether you've never run before or want to train for that first Park Run, I'm here to help guide you through the incredible Couch-to-5K running program.
Two sessions per week will consist of a warm-up, some supplementary strength exercises, a run (distance increases as the program progresses) and stretches. You will be required to do ONE additional run during the week - I will provide support to help you through that. The entire course runs for 9 weeks.
