Feel a bit intimidated in the gym environment? Not sure where to start? Don't have enough time to get out of the house looking after the little ones? This is the @home class, 1-to-1 personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home or in an outdoor space near you. (Small group personal training also available)
All you need is a bit of space (enough to lay on the floor) and some comfy clothes to work out in. I will bring along any equipment needed for each session. Progress tracking and fitness testing available as standard (but are by no means compulsory!). Nutrition advice also available.
Each session is 1 hour.
