This isn’t a fruit that is seen often but is a sweet fruit, similar to the taste of an orange but with an added tang – similar to that of a grapefruit!

π Naringenin is a powerful antioxidant found in the Ugli fruit which also has strong anti-inflammatory properties
The ugli fruit is a bit of a hidden wonder, I personally would rather go for an orange as I prefer the taste but if you do happen upon this unattractive fruit, pick one up and give it a try – they’re easy to peal so no excuses!
